Refunds and Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods you ordered we will be happy to give you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received them. If goods are returned in a condition that means they cannot be resold as new, then we cannot offer a refund unless you received them in that condition.
If you ordered a downloadable product it will only be eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded it to your device.
To make a return or ask for a refund, you must notify us by email using the form on the Contact page of this website. You may return your goods at any time up to 20 working days after it was placed; we cannot offer you a refund after then. We will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us unless they were supplied faulty or damaged.
When we receive your return we will send you an email to notify you, and to let you know whether it has been approved for a refund or not. If it is approved, then a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If we deliver goods that are incorrect, damaged, faulty, or the wrong quantity, you must let us know in writing within 10 working days of receiving your order, by using our contact form otherwise we will not be responsible.
