Times of Refreshing covers the story of God’s kingdom on earth, how after it was lost in Eden God set about recreating it through the people of Israel, how he established its work in Christ, and how the early apostles carried the good news out to the rest of the world. The main themes of this study are:
- kingdom-building and Church growth,
- vision and faith,
- disobedience and decline,
- repentance and revival,
- Jesus as Servant, King and Messiah.
Although you may use this study on its own, it is designed primarily as a weekly workbook to accompany the reading guide, supported by a set of 20 minute talks, one for each week’s readings
