Shipping

If your delivery address is in the UK, we will send your goods by Royal Mail using their 2nd Class service. If you would like your goods sent 1st Class, or by some other service please get in touch by email or phone before you place your order, and we will be able to tell you the revised shipping cost. 

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us to find out how much it will cost. We will endeavour to find the most appropraite carrier, and the most cost effective way of getting your order to you as soon as we can. It will be up to you to pay any charges that may be required by Customs or Tax Authorities.

When your payment is confirmed, we will send you an email and ship your goods to the address you gave us as soon as we can. Bear in mind that our office is staffed on a part-time basis so there may be a delay of one or two days. If you ordered a downloadable product, the confirmation email will include a link that you can click on to download the product to your device. You can only download the product once.

Any delivery times that we give are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and the delivery companies we use. Once the goods are dispatched we will not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery, or for damage caused during transit or because of events outside our control.
